Tractor Day brings hands-on agriculture lessons to Strawberry Hill
Students at Strawberry Hill Elementary got a hands-on lesson in agriculture May 8 as members of the Anamosa FFA Chapter brought six tractors to the school for a special “Tractor Day” event. Students explored a variety of tractor models, learned about different brands and eras of farm equipment, and climbed into the cabs for an up-close look at modern and vintage machinery.
